Our spray cooling sterilizer is widely used for sterilizing and cooling bottled or canned acidic juice beverages, condiments, pickled vegetables, prepared dishes, and similar products.

Key technical parameters are as follows

Customizable Dimensions: The overall dimensions of the machine can be tailored based on the user’s actual production requirements. Equipped with optional insulation and sealed inlet/outlet design.

Chain Conveyor and Comb Plate: Made of imported high-strength PP material, resistant to temperatures up to 115°C without stretching during operation. Chain thickness: 6.24–6.6 mm, brand: Shanghai DMM, designed with linear segmented cross-support structure to ensure stable, vibration-free operation. Chain height adjustable between 1000–1100 mm; running speed adjustable between 0–1000 mm/min.

Main Frame: Constructed using 100×50×2 mm high-quality SUS304 stainless steel tubing. The inner chamber is made of 2 mm thick SUS304 stainless steel sheet. The optional insulation layer uses 1 mm SUS304 stainless steel cladding, filled with rock wool (insulation thickness: 30–50 mm) on both sides, bottom, and top of the spray chamber.

Spray Pipes: Upper spray manifold uses industrial-grade seamless stainless steel pipes to prevent bursting under high pressure.

Spray Nozzles: Made from SUS304 stainless steel, with 3 mm diameter holes that are clog-resistant, acid- and alkali-resistant, and high-temperature resistant. Uniform spray layout ensures even water distribution over all bottles or cans.

Filtration System: A 40-mesh inline pipe filter is installed at the pump outlet. The pump inlet is connected to an external collection tank via a square stainless steel flange, bolted to the lower side of the chamber. Before water enters the pump, a 0.5 mm mesh screen filter is installed flat in the collection tank to prevent blockages and ensure smooth flow.

Control System:
The equipment is equipped with a control cabinet featuring a touchscreen control panel, which displays real-time parameters including:

  • Spray temperature
  • Conveyor chain running speed
  • Operating frequency of the reduction motor
    This interface greatly simplifies machine operation for workers.

Maintenance & Cleaning Access:
The unit is designed for easy maintenance with:

  • 2 steam exhaust outlets
  • 2 cleaning manholes
  • 1 overflow outlet
  • 1 drainage outlet
    These features allow easy access for internal cleaning and efficient drainage of residual liquid.
    Additionally, the unit includes:
  • Manual main water inlet (Φ51 mm)
  • Automatic auxiliary water inlet (Φ32 mm)

Water Level Monitoring:
The chamber is equipped with:

  • A transparent viewing window for liquid level observation
  • A float ball level gauge to enable automatic level detection and control

Inlet & Outlet Design:
Both inlet and outlet are:

  • Protected by stainless steel guardrails
  • Fully sealed with transparent food-grade glass covers for hygiene and safety

Steam System Configuration:
The standard steam pipeline includes:

  • Filter,
  • Pressure reducing valve,
  • Diaphragm-type proportional control valve,
  • Steam bypass,
  • Steam trap with condensate recovery function

Safety Features:
The equipment incorporates an automatic safety interlock system.
When water is insufficient or absent, the steam valve will not open, effectively preventing damage to the plate heat exchanger due to dry operation.
