Can Filling and Sealing Machine

This newly developed can filling and seaming monoblock is designed and manufactured by our company with reference to similar equipment from Switzerland, and based on the practical needs of medium and large-scale canning and beverage factories.

The machine features automatic lid feeding controlled by a pneumatic system, without contact with the can body, ensuring hygiene and precision. It adopts level-controlled (iso-baric) filling technology, with production speed regulated by variable frequency drive (VFD) for flexible capacity adjustment.

More than 95% of the exterior materials are made of stainless steel, ensuring both an aesthetically pleasing appearance and compliance with hygiene standards.

To enhance the vacuum level inside the cans, a steam injection system can be configured according to customer requirements. For technical support, the machine can also be equipped with a remote monitoring system upon request.

Main Structural Features

  • The machine is equipped with an electronic temperature display, located on the control panel, showing the temperature with an accuracy of ±1°C.
  • The liquid level in the filling tank is controlled by a three-point high/low-level sensor system, and the tank is fitted with a reinforced glass level sight gauge for visual monitoring.
  • The entire machine stops automatically when the liquid temperature in the filling tank drops below the preset filling temperature.
  • The filling tank is made of SUS316 stainless steel, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance and hygiene.
  • All filling nozzles and components in contact with the product are made of SUS304 stainless steel.
  • The filling and seaming units are equipped with safety protection systems: the machine will automatically stop in case of no lid, missing can, or can jam.
  • All mechanical components are equipped with automatic lubrication, except for a few areas (such as grease points) that require manual lubrication.
  • The system uses variable frequency drive (VFD) control, allowing smooth speed adjustment from 0 cans up to the desired output rate.
  • The seaming roller adjustment uses a worm gear screw mechanism with an integrated scale gauge, making adjustment precise and user-friendly.
  • All cam components of the seaming machine are hardened and finely ground for durability and smooth operation.
  • The first and second seaming rollers are treated with titanium alloy coating to enhance wear resistance and sealing precision.
  • The electrical control box and all safety guards of the machine are made of SUS304 stainless steel, ensuring durability and compliance with food-grade standards.
