Description

Our company’s production line layout is designed with a full consideration of the balance between customer investment and production efficiency. Based on the introduction of foreign technologies, the system effectively meets the transportation requirements of the production line.

It operates reliably and is easy to maintain, suitable for conveying cans (bottles) with diameters ranging from 40 mm to Ф110 mm.

The pressureless conveying system relies on real-time speed signal acquisition and feedback, along with an automatic differential speed control system, to smoothly transition cans (bottles) from multi-lane to single-lane flow during movement, without causing mutual squeezing or congestion.

The electrical control system uses a PLC to control the entire filled can (bottle) conveying and buffering system, automatically adjusting running speeds and enabling dynamic buffering operations.

Main Structural Features

  • The side plates are made of 2.5 mm thick high-quality SUS304 stainless steel, laser cut and bent for precise shaping.
  • Support legs are constructed from 50x50 mm stainless steel square tubes.
  • Leg brackets and guardrail brackets are made from stamped SUS304 stainless steel components, offering both structural integrity and aesthetic appeal.
  • Cable trays and mounting brackets are also made of SUS304 stainless steel.
  • Guardrails and wear strips are constructed with aluminum alloy frames and high molecular polyethylene wear-resistant strips.
  • Connecting rods and drive shafts are made of SUS304 stainless steel; the drive shaft has a diameter of 40 mm.
  • The chain plates are made of 8.7 mm thick imported POM material, designed for high-speed operation with high strength and long service life.
  • The sprockets are made of high-strength imported nylon.
  • The multi-lane to single-lane conveyor section adopts differential lane shifting to reduce can body squeezing and wear.
  • The control cabinets are made entirely of SUS304 stainless steel.
  • Drive bearings are enclosed in SUS304 housings and equipped with dust protection devices.
