• In most canned food factories, sterilized cans are typically stored in an insulated warehouse for a period before undergoing inspection and coding, and finally being packed and sent to storage. This process ensures that defective cans are screened out to maximize the pass rate of finished products.
• Due to the lack of advanced equipment in the domestic market, many manufacturers still rely heavily on manual labor for palletizing and depalletizing operations. In some cases, cans are manually loaded into temporary cardboard boxes, stacked on pallets for storage, and then manually unpacked for inspection and coding before being repacked for shipping.
