The air conveyor system supports long-distance transport and offers diverse layout options, including horizontal, inclined, and curved conveyance. This flexible configuration allows for optimal use of plant space and achieves high-efficiency, high-speed transportation of PET bottles to meet the demands of high-speed filling machines.
Main Structural Features
- The air conveyor channel is made entirely of 2mm thick SUS304 stainless steel, with a cross-sectional size of 240mm × 220mm.
- The PET empty bottle conveyor system mainly consists of a blower power unit, air duct conveying unit, bottle dropping unit, and bottle clamping unit.
- Blower Power Unit:
Configured according to production line requirements, the system includes air blowers, air filters (pre-filter, medium, or HEPA), and airflow regulators (manual or frequency-controlled) to ensure stable bottle transport within the air duct.
- Air Duct Conveying Unit:
The modular air duct system supports horizontal, curved, and vertical conveying. It can be customized for single-lane or multi-lane configurations based on the customer’s facility layout.
- Bottle Dropping Unit:
Manual or automatic bottle dropping devices can be selected based on customer needs.
- Bottle Clamping Unit:
Bottle clamps are installed at turns and lane-changing intersections to group bottles during transport, minimizing bottle scratching and preventing jamming or clogging.
